We welcome Fole (Daleki) Finau (Masilamea, Ma’ufanga – Tongatapu) back to the Healthy Families Waitākere team at Tuia Waitākere, joining us in the newly created role of Principal Systems Advisor – Pasifika.
Fole is a Tongan systems change practitioner grounded in anga fakatonga and lea fakatonga. With years of place-based prevention and community-led change across West Auckland, he brings expertise in partnership, co-design and talanoa-led engagement.
After stepping away for five years, Fole returns to the Healthy Families kaupapa at a time when the movement is deepening its Pasifika-centred systems work.
